Our success has been made possible by a team work culture that strives to produce extraordinary results.Position OverviewProvide support to the following functions: Financial, Administrative, Human Resource, Transaction Coordinator and Business Development.ResponsibilitiesCreate template contracts for real estate purchases and manage transactional paperwork from cradle to graveSet up utilities for acquired propertiesWork with book keeper to pay utilities and vendorsManage office records both hard copies and digitalAssigned tasks as needed by ownerParticipate in on-going production and sales meetings.Pay will be commensurate with experienceQualifications/CertificationsHigh school diploma or GEDCollege degree a plusExperienced with social media and digital marketingOrganized and detailed orientedKnowledge of Microsoft office packagesProficiency in QuickBooks (preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills5 years of Office Assistant experience (preferred)Compensation: $20.00 per hourOpportunity is KnockingQualities like working hard, getting the job done right, and fostering respect while working as part of a team are core to the CertaPro Painters brand culture.
