Registered Nurse (ICU)

The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization in Helena, Montana to find a skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities The ICU/CCU RN provides direct patient care in a critical care setting, utilizing the nursing process and holistic, family-centered care principles. This role involves assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, implementing individualized care plans, administering complex medications including vasoactive agents, and collaborating closely with physicians, staff, and the interdisciplinary team. The RN ensures accurate documentation, facilitates patient hand-offs, and supports patient progression through the care continuum. Qualifications Montana RN license , BLS, ACLS, and PALS required 2 years ICU/Critical Care experience required; CCRN preferred Graduate of an accredited nursing program Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills Experience managing patients with multi-system disease processes (cardiac, renal, neurological, pulmonary, endocrine, and hematology) PandoLogic.
