This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and are looking for long-term manufacturing opportunities.General Laborers will support daily production operations by assisting assembly teams, moving materials throughout the facility, packaging products, and helping maintain a safe and organized work environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform general production and manufacturing support duties throughout the facilityAssist machine operators, assemblers, and production personnel as neededMove materials, containers, parts, and finished products throughout the plantLoad and unload production materials and componentsPackage and prepare finished products for shipmentInspect products and materials for quality concerns or defectsSupport assembly, sorting, labeling, stacking, and palletizing operationsAssist with material replenishment and production line supportMaintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety and 5S standardsFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructionsWork closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goalsPerform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced industrial environmentSupport warehouse and manufacturing operations as needed
