What You'll Do:Lead and develop a high-performing team of counter staff, warehouse associates, and drivers. Drive store performance by setting goals, tracking KPIs, and holding team members accountable. Deliver an exceptional customer experience—both in-store and through on-time, accurate deliveries. Oversee all aspects of branch operations including inventory control, warehouse flow, staffing, financials, and compliance. Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while managing safety, scheduling, and training. Collaborate with sales teams to support growth strategies and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For:Leadership experience in a retail, wholesale, or operations management setting (2+ years required). Strong people management and coaching skills—you know how to build a great team. Operational savvy with a clear understanding of inventory, sales, and service metrics. A problem-solver who's cool under pressure and driven to find solutions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. HVACR industry experience a plus, but not required. High School Diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
