This is a hands-on, production-heavy role that supports every stage of the design and development process - from trend research and concept sketching to fittings and photoshoot prep. The work is deadline-driven and detail-oriented, and it's what keeps our calendar on track and our product sharp.If you're focused, organized, and ready to build real experience in the wholesale apparel industry, this is your opportunity to make your mark.What You'll DoResearch seasonal trends, colors, and fabrics aligned with the Mine brand aestheticCreate and revise flat sketches, colorways, and CADsBuild and maintain organized tech packs for sampling and productionSupport sample tracking, fit sessions, and communicate updates to the factoryHelp prep for campaign photoshoots - steaming, organizing garments, and assisting on setEnter and update style data in NetSuite and maintain internal style recordsWhat We're Looking ForA strong eye for women's fashion, silhouette, and product developmentProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar tools)Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented - especially in process-based, repetitive tasksA dependable team player with clear, professional communicationFamiliarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plusPrior internship or experience in wholesale or production environments preferredWhat We're Looking ForA strong eye for women's fashion, silhouette, and product developmentProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar tools)Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, especially in process-based, repetitive tasksA dependable team player with clear, professional communicationFamiliarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plusPrior internship or experience in wholesale or production environments preferredBenefits and PerksWellness: PPO health insurance (medical, dental, vision), covered 75% by company.
