*Job Summary*
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various hair care techniques and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Pay is commission based.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform services based on clients' requests and needs
- Able to cater to all hair types
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend suitable products
- Uphold strict sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe salon environment
- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients
*Requirements*
- Valid cosmetology license
- Proficiency in color theory and hair care techniques
- Familiarity with technology is a plus
- Ability to sanitate tools and workstations effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Being organized and professional at all times
