Company DescriptionOffice Based Anesthesia GroupRole DescriptionThis is an independent CRNA role for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) located in Richmond, VA. The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients during surgery, and providing pre- and post-operative care in office based settings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient assessments, developing anesthesia care plans, and collaborating with surgical teams to deliver optimal patient care. This role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and protocols. Must have desire for individual patient care in a leadership role as primary anesthesia provider. QualificationsSkills in Anesthesiology at least 5+yrsExperience in IV Sedation (Hospital and/or Outpatient)Knowledge and experience with pediatric and elderly population.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCertification and licensure as a CRNAAbility to work effectively in an independent environmentCommitment to patient safety and quality careDoctoral level or Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesiology Current ACLS/BLS/PALS
