Assembler

Seeking an experienced *Electromechanical Assembler* with strong *conformal coating and masking* experience. The ideal candidate has excellent hand skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under magnification in a clean-room production environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Assemble, disassemble, and modify *electromechanical assemblies*. * Perform *conformal coating, masking, and coating inspection*. * Apply coatings to small components using a *fine brush and steady hand*. * Work under *slight magnification* for most of the shift. * Read and interpret *schematics, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions*. * Inspect parts for defects and perform self-inspection of completed work. * Use fixtures for accurate assembly. * Perform *manual soldering and epoxy application*. * Operate solder reflow ovens, semi-automatic pick-and-place equipment, and measurement systems. * Maintain high standards of *production accuracy and quality*. * Work in a *clean-room environment* and follow all applicable procedures. *Qualifications* * *High School Diploma/GED or Trade School* * 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred. * Ability to become *solder certified*. * Basic computer/MRP skills. * Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook familiarity. * Strong teamwork, communication, and work ethic. Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
