Electrical Assembler
We are looking for an Electrical Assembler to join our team in Austin, TX. This is an onsite, temp-to-hire role spanning six months, operating on a 4/10 schedule from Monday through Thursday, with first-shift hours from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
Role Overview
Follow established production plans to build, take apart, and adjust various subassemblies.
Ensure quality standards are met by carefully inspecting finished work for accuracy.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues while maintaining the ability to complete tasks independently.
Convey information clearly through both written and verbal channels.
Utilize computer systems to manage MRP tasks and record production data.
Support the team by remaining flexible and eager to master new technologies as our environment evolves.
Required Qualifications
Possess a high school diploma or GED along with at least two years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrate the ability to comprehend and apply technical drawings and assembly instructions.
Show the aptitude to obtain necessary soldering certifications.
Contribute to a positive team environment through strong interpersonal communication.
Maintain proficiency with computer software, specifically the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Maintain a proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior background in electronic assembly processes.
Current IPC-610 or IPC-620 certifications.
Familiarity with MIL-STD-883 standards, specifically methods 2017 and 2021.
Practical experience with solder reflow techniques.
Education
Completion of high school or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of related work experience.
