Role Description This part-time on-site role, based in Las Vegas, NV, involves serving cocktails in a fast-paced casino environment. Responsibilities include taking drink orders, delivering beverages to customers at gaming tables or the bar area, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and adhering to all health and safety requirements. The Cocktail Server will maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, build rapport with guests, handle cash transactions accurately, and collaborate with other team members to create enjoyable guest experiences. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and maintain a welcoming environmentProficiency in customer service and the ability to anticipate and meet guest needsExperience or familiarity with food and beverage service standardsCash handling skills, including accuracy in processing transactionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalismWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrevious hospitality or food and beverage experience is preferredKnowledge of Las Vegas culture and customer preferences is a plus
