By creating personalized moments and engaging experiences, you will help create lasting memories guests will carry with them long after their visit.THE STARTING RATE: $15.1456/hrThe Day-to-dayTake guest beverage orders and serve all items efficiently and accurately. Place drink orders, garnish beverages, and serve cocktails, beer, wine, nonalcoholic selections, specialty coffees, and Smartender beverages with appropriate garnishesMaintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, nonalcoholic offerings, and hotel services, features, local attractions, and activitiesRespond to guest inquiries with accuracy and resolve guest complaints within scope of authority or escalate when necessary. Notify leadership and Security of unusual events, guest incidents, missing items, or potential safety concernsOpen bottles and pour beverages directly from the bottle, including beer, wine, champagne, juices.Prepare beverages using Tabasco, Grenadine, Lime Juice, Sweet and Sour Mix, Bitters, Worcestershire, Salt and Pepper, Celery Salt, and similar ingredients. Pour Red Bull and Ginger Beer accurately and consistentlyOperate Smartender machines to prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
