Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Orthopedics (RN MS Ortho)Location: Lawton, OKJob Type: ContractDuration: 13 WeeksShift:Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMWeekly Gross Pay: $1,700 - $2,000 (Based on Experience)Position OverviewA healthcare facility in Lawton, OK is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients with orthopedic conditions, injuries, and post-surgical recovery needs. The RN will play a key role in monitoring patient recovery, administering treatments, and supporting rehabilitation while ensuring patient safety and comfort.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients with orthopedic conditions and post-surgical procedures.Monitor patient vital signs, pain levels, and recovery progress.Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed.Assist with post-operative care for joint replacements, fractures, and orthopedic surgeries.Perform wound care, dressing changes, and mobility support.Educate patients on recovery plans, mobility techniques, and discharge instructions.Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.Maintain accurate patient documentation in the medical record.Follow all patient safety, infection control, and hospital protocols.RequirementsActive Registered Nurse (RN) License - Oklahoma or Compact State LicenseBLS (Basic Life Support) - American Heart Association (AHA)ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - American Heart Association (AHA)NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) CertificationFor more details reach at Aditi.sharma@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-587-6677.
