Full Stack Engineer

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Full Stack Engineer in Westlake, TX. Responsibilities:Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web-based applications and digital solutionsLead the delivery of new features and enhancements that improve user experienceCollaborate with agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutionsPartner with business and technical stakeholders to implement effective technical solutionsAs a Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute to application architecture, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiativesMentor team members and promote engineering best practicesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)6+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise application developmentStrong experience with modern frontend and backend technologiesExperience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutionsKnowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with application monitoring, testing frameworks, and CI/CD processesProficiency developing web applications, APIs, and distributed servicesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsSelf-motivated team player with a passion for learning and innovationAbility to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with accessibility standards, cloud deployments, and AI-assisted development tools is a plusThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
