This internship offers direct exposure to live M&A transactions, private equity processes, financial analysis, investor outreach, and strategic advisory work.Interns will work closely with senior leadership and transaction teams supporting active engagements for founder-owned businesses. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates interested in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, strategy consulting, or entrepreneurship.What You’ll DoConduct industry, company, and market research across multiple sectorsAssist with financial analysis, valuation modeling, and transaction materialsSupport preparation of pitch decks, CIMs (Confidential Information Memorandums), and investor presentationsAnalyze financial statements and identify EBITDA optimization opportunitiesParticipate in buyer/investor research and capital markets outreach initiativesAssist with due diligence and quality of earnings preparationHelp manage CRM data, buyer lists, and transaction tracking processesCollaborate with deal teams on active M&A and capital raise engagementsWhat We’re Looking ForCurrent undergraduate or graduate student pursuing Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fieldStrong academic performance with demonstrated analytical ability with a minimum of 3.5 GPAIdeal candidate has deal experience within sell-side M&AInterest in investment banking, private equity, M&A, or corporate financeAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong work ethicSelf-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial mindsetPreferred QualificationsPrevious internship experience in finance, consulting, accounting, or corporate strategyInvestment Banking Internship experience is a plus and those candidates will be prioritizedFamiliarity with financial modeling and valuation methodologiesExperience using CRM or financial databases is a plusInterest in lower-middle-market businesses and entrepreneurshipWhat Interns Will GainHands-on exposure to real-world M&A transactionsMentorship from experienced investment banking and private equity professionalsDirect experience working on live deals and strategic advisory projectsDevelopment of technical finance and valuation skillsExposure to investor communications and transaction negotiationsNetworking opportunities with founders, investors, and senior executivesA strong foundation for careers in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance
