Senior Project ManagerLocation: Onsite - Miami, FLDepartment: Product, Design & DeliveryReports to: Head of ProductAbout the RoleWe're hiring a Senior Project Manager to drive execution and delivery across our Product, Design & Delivery team. You'll own delivery across complex, cross-team initiatives while contributing to product strategy, stakeholder alignment, and team operations as needed. We value practitioners who've moved past rigid methodology into adaptive, outcome-focused execution. This is not a narrowly scoped PM role. We're a small team with big ambitions, and you'll need to wear multiple hats to be successful. Your primary focus is execution and delivery, but you'll also contribute to product thinking, strategic planning, and anything else the team needs to succeed. What Makes This Role UniqueMulti-program blast radius. A single initiative often touches multiple programs with different stakeholders, timelines, and constraints. You'll need to see the full picture and keep everyone aligned.Clinical and regulatory complexity. Shipping in healthcare means navigating compliance, clinical review, and patient safety as part of delivery, not as an afterthought.Cross-timezone delivery. Our engineering team spans the US and UK. You'll need to drive execution across time zones without requiring everyone to be in the same room.Small team, big scope. We operate in a startup environment. You won't have a dedicated PMO, analyst, or coordinator. You are the coordination layer. What You'll DoDrive Execution Across Complex InitiativesOwn delivery for cross-team product initiatives driving timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockersDesign and run lightweight planning and coordination rituals that create clarity without overheadSurface risks and blockers early, before they become surprises in a leadership reviewTrack open items relentlessly and ensure stakeholder alignment is obtained before delivery, not afterEnable the Team to Do Their Best WorkPartner with PMs to translate product strategy into executable delivery plansFacilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and retrospectives adapting the format to what the team actually needs, not what a framework prescribesRemove obstacles and chase down dependencies so engineers and designers can focus on buildingMaintain clear, up-to-date views of what's in flight, what's blocked, and what's coming nextContribute Beyond DeliveryStep into product thinking, strategic discussions, and stakeholder management when the team needs itProvide honest, concise status updates to leadershipIdentify process gaps and propose lightweight solutions, then measure their impactHelp shape how the Product, Design & Delivery team operates as we scaleWhat Success Looks LikeThe team has clear visibility into what's in flight and what's coming without anyone having to chase for updatesCross-team dependencies are tracked and managedYou've introduced process improvements that the team has fully adoptedLeadership gets honest, actionable status updates on a predictable cadenceEngineers, PMs, and designers describe you as someone who makes the team better without adding unnecessary overheadWhat You BringRequired5-8 years in project management, delivery management, or a similar role in a software/product environmentExperience working in small-to-mid-size companies (under 500 people) where you couldn't rely on established processesProven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with cross-team dependenciesStrong facilitation skills; you can run a productive meeting and know when a meeting isn't the answerExperience working across time zones with distributed engineering teamsComfort with Agile principles applied pragmaticallyExcellent written communication; async updates, risk summaries, and decision logs are core to the roleProficiency with Jira (or similar) for backlog and sprint managementBachelor's degree required or equivalent experiencePreferredExperience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated industriesPMP, CSM, or similar certificationExperience supporting product teams specifically, not just engineering deliveryFamiliarity with clinical or compliance-driven development workflowsProduct sense, you understand why something is being built, not just when it shipsWhat Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)The team has clear visibility into what's in flight and what's coming - without you having to chase people for updatesAt least one delivery process improvement you introduced is actively making the team faster or more reliableCross-team dependencies are tracked and managed - nothing is blocked because someone forgot to tell someone elseLeadership gets honest, concise status updates on a predictable cadenceEngineers and PMs describe you as someone who makes their work easier, not harderBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k with Company Match)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time OffShort Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentCatered Breakfast and Lunch Daily, SnacksWellness Resources
