Senior Project ManagerSOSi is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.Essential Job Duties:The contractor shall oversee program execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment, ensuring compliance with DoD governance frameworks.The contractor shall implement structured reporting mechanisms, risk mitigation strategies, and ongoing program assessments to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.The contractor shall submit the Program Execution & Performance Report, summarizing program activities, risks, and strategic adjustments.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, OR ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs.An active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility based on a Tier 5 background investigation completed within the past five (5) years at time of the proposal submission.Knowledge and capability to oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all Work Orders.Proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.Demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation is required.PMP certified.Lean Six, DAWIA Level III in Program Management, or PgMPWorking Conditions:Normal office conditions.All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
