Max Bill: 91.41Work Schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. This position will have a lot of field time (60%).Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 YearsResponsibilitiesHands-on experience with the design and installation of equipment used in transmitting broadband data over in-building networks.Hands-on experience with coax, twisted pair copper or fiber optic cabling, and complex networks as well as switching equipment.Experience with coordinating installation of new in-building networks or equipment.Ability to evaluate multi-tenant (residence and business) buildings to determine compatibility with different networks and systems.Experience with managing large build projects involving broadband services, ensuring timely planning and implementation.Experience with producing technical as-built documentation.Ability to provide general ad-hoc operational support for local field engineering and sales teams.Manage construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects.Provide financial management of projects from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service.Daily activities include schedule and financial management as well as interfacing with vendors via calls and meetings.Must have attention to detail, sense of urgency, and wireless network (cell site) construction experience as well as technical aptitude with computers to navigate tools.Must Have SkillsGeneral knowledge & experience with the design and installation of in-building network architectures.General work area hazard identification & prevention.Knowledge & experience with CATV provider termination points (e.g., terminals, pedestals).Hands-on experience with testing and troubleshooting coax and Cat6a Ethernet cabling.Must possess a vehicle capable of transporting tools and equipment.Hands-on experience working off of ladders (step/extension/folding).Hands-on experience with drilling in multiple dwelling/commercial buildings.Frontline experience with working with customers/clients.Desired SkillsKnowledge & experience with Google Suite and other computer and mobility-based applications.A four-year college degree or equivalent field experience.Experience with working on multiple dwelling/commercial building rooftops (flat and/or pitched).
