This position will have a lot of field time. (60%)Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 YearsResponsibilities:Hands-on experience with the design and install of equipment used in transmitting broadband data over in-building networksHands-on experience with coax, twisted pair copper or fiber optic cabling and complex networks as well as switching equipmentExperience with coordinating installation of new in-building networks or equipmentAbility to evaluate multi-tenant (residence and business) buildings to determine compatibility with different networks and systemsExperience with managing large build projects involving broadband services, and ensure timely planning and implementationExperience with producing technical as-built documentationAbility to provide general ad-hoc operational support for local field engineering and sales teamsAdditional Responsibilities:Manage construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects.Provide financial management of projects from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service.Daily activities include schedule and financial management as well as interfacing with vendors via calls and meetings.Must have attention to detail, sense of urgency and wireless network (cell site) construction experience as well as technical aptitude with computers to navigate tools.Must Have Skills:General knowledge & experience with the design and install of in-building network architecturesGeneral work area hazard identification & preventionKnowledge & experience with CATV provider termination points (e.g., terminals, pedestals)Hands-on experience with testing and troubleshooting coax and Cat6a Ethernet cablingMust possess a vehicle capable of transporting tools and equipmentHands-on experience working off of ladders (step/extension/folding)Hands-on experience with drilling in multiple dwelling/commercial buildingsFrontline experience with working with customer/clientsDesired Skills:Knowledge & experience with Google Suite and other computer and mobility based applicationsA four-year college degree or equivalent field experienceExperience with working on multiple dwelling/commercial building rooftops (flat and/or pitched)About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
