Experienced IT Help Desk Technician

Award winning 24 year old Western Suburb based technology provider for the small to medium size businesses marketplace has an opportunity for an Experienced IT Help Desk Technician for work in the office, remote, and on-site. We are looking for an Experienced IT Help Desk Technician who is passionate about technology, helping others, and has a strong work ethic. As a growing company we need an Experienced IT Help Desk Technician who can rebuild systems, go to customer sites to switch out equipment, provide remote help desk services and grow into a Level 2 IT Support Technician. Experienced IT Help Desk Technician / Background Required: Min 3-5+ years experience in a Managed Service Provider or Help Desk environment Install and Support of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11. Install and Support of Microsoft Office 2016, 2019, and Office 365 Standard PC Knowledge (troubleshooting hardware, replacing memory, hard drives) understanding of server technologies (new users accounts, changing names, permissions, etc.) Virus removal and remediation Knowledge of WAN / LAN, IP and DHCP. Basic Firewall Server 2016 and above Experienced IT Help Desk Technician Responsibilities Include: On-site repairs and troubleshooting of network issues (you must have a car) Server tasks Setting up new PCs and documenting work Providing over the phone help desk support Managing Office 365 Environments Experienced IT Help Desk Technician Requirements: Must be willing to learn new technologies. Personable and likes to have fun. Detail oriented, self driven and a clean record.
