*PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT POSITION. WORK HOURS ARE 12am-8am ONSITE*
Project and Requirements (Required):
Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general Microsoft Office applications
Strong computer literacy with the ability and willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to multitask across multiple computer systems and applications
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and protected information
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated composure and ability to remain calm under stress and during unexpected situations
Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to make timely decisions under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to remain alert during working hours and sit for extended periods of time
Role and Responsibilities of the Resource Request (Required):
Monitor fire, security, and panic alarm systems and respond appropriately to all alarms, emergencies, and calls
Monitor camera alarms for assigned sites or stations and take action based on observed activity and severity
Prepare accurate, timely, and thorough incident reports and documentation
Retrieve information and perform data entry using applicable computer systems
Review, extract, and analyze surveillance video as required
Issue, track, and maintain County access credentials and identification cards
Work independently in a secured environment for shifts of eight hours or longer
Remain within audible range of telephone and alarm systems during all breaks
Remain on-site for extended periods during emergency situations when required
Provide clerical and administrative support to management
Perform additional duties as assigned

Metrics to Be Utilized to Measure Performance (Required):
1. Call Metrics
Average Handling Time (AHT): Total time required to manage calls and alarm responses
2. Operational Metrics
Call Volume: Total number of inbound and outbound calls handled
Peak Call Times: Identification and management of high-volume call periods
Occupancy Rate: Ratio of time spent handling calls compared to available time
Alarm Response Rate: Time required to respond to multiple alarm signals simultaneously
Access Control Effectiveness: Time required to grant employee access to facilities or parking areas
Service Ticket Turnaround: Time required to submit, process, and complete security and work ticket requests
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
