The Field Staff Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet staffing needs. The role includes collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining recruitment pipelines, scheduling interviews, and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations. Additionally, the recruiter will play an integral role in building relationships within the local community to attract talent and enhance CCOR’s recruitment strategies. Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing, recruitment strategies, and candidate screeningStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsExperience in interview scheduling, onboarding, and recruitment operationsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with recruitment tracking systems and related technologiesKnowledge of local labor laws and compliancePrevious experience in healthcare staffing or home care services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field preferred
