Cook/Dietary Technician (PRN) - Palm Harbor

Suncoast Hospice, a part of Empath Health is currently seeking a part-time Cook/Dietary Technician to join our team.Since 1977, Suncoast Hospice has been honored to serve our neighbors across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties with compassionate end-of-life care. As part of Empath Health, we help those living with advanced illness find comfort, dignity, and meaning, while supporting their families and caregivers with guidance and care every step of the way.What you'll DoPromote and follow all dietary policies and procedures in the Care Centers to ensure safe food practices.Prepare food according to standardized recipes as outlined on the food production program, plans and coordinates cooking schedules, prepares and serves meals for special functions, and maintains a clean and orderly kitchen and dining room.Provides dining services to patients and guests while maintaining and exceeding hospitality and service standards.Ensures attractive and palatable food selections for patients at flexible times to meet individual needs of patients.The Cook will be responsible for assignment of tasks/duties for staff present during shift.
