About the Position Clinical Department Supervisor I
The Clinical Department Supervisor I is responsible for supporting clinical operations for member services, with a focus on peer and administrative support within the clinical department. The Clinical Department Supervisor I works under the oversight of licensed supervisors and assists in managing daily operations of Clinical Group Facilitators and other staff, as directed.
Your Impact Will Include:
Support clinical operations by ensuring delivery of quality, member-centered care and assisting with daily facility operations
Provide guidance, coaching, recognition, and corrective action for assigned staff, and support staff in group facilitation and documentation
Oversee logistics for admissions, discharges, and transfers, communicate care concerns effectively, and promote member rights, safety, and dignity
Work with team members and other departments to coordinate services, solve problems, and achieve optimal outcomes
Participate in quality improvement and survey readiness, ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and support departmental KPIs and benchmarks
Receive clinical supervision per BHT requirements (does not provide clinical supervision to others)
Performing additional duties as assigned to support our mission
Where You'll Work
Primarily onsite at our offices
Using standard office equipment, plus plenty of face-to-face interaction
Some days will require long periods of sitting, standing, or walking
