June 9 - 13, June 23 - 27, June 30 - July 6, July 7 - July 11, July 28 - Aug 3, Aug 4 - 8, Aug 11 - 14, Sept 8 - 9, Sept 11-12, Sept 22 - 26, Sept 29 - Oct 3 (ongoing)Daily Model: 3 CRNA and 2 MD daily, (Medical Supervision)Hours: Monday - Friday. Cases start 7a, 2 providers on 3-5p late room shift daily.Weeknight Call Rotation: Beeper call rotated evenly, about once per week.Weekend Call Rotation: About once a monthCall Response Time: 30 minutes Case Types: Ortho, General, Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics
