Due to recent growth of the firm, there is an opportunity for a Tax Manager to join a team of highly motivated staff and senior accountants, with potential growth to grow into a Partner role.Tax Manager FunctionsOversee and manage a team of highly motivated staff accountantsProvide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clientsMeet regularly with business and community contacts to maintain a network within the local marketProvide timely and complete evaluations and counseling for the staff accountantsBe a hands on leaderTax Manager QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or EquivalentMST/MBT degree is highly desirableCPA Certificate5+ years of proven experience in public accounting, in a tax supervisory roleMust have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client serviceMust be able to lead and motivate a team of highly motivated individuals to a final goalMust have strong multi-tasking skillsApplicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skillsTo be considered, please apply with a resume.
