The ideal candidate will assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. **Responsibilities:** - Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities - Assist students with educational tasks and provide individualized attention - Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment - Support students with special needs, including those with autism - Aid in behavior management and conflict resolution - Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement educational strategies - Assist in curriculum development and preparation of materials - Provide care for toddlers and young children **Experience:** - Experience working with students in an educational setting - Familiarity with Montessori or daycare environments - Ability to educate and communicate effectively with students - Knowledge of math concepts for teaching support - Experience in behavior management techniques **Requirements:** - Passion for working with children and supporting their educational growth - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Previous experience in toddler care or early childhood education is a plus This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while gaining valuable experience in the field of education.
