New York Account Supervisor, New Business Position: Full-Time Location: This position offers remote work from New York. OVERVIEW Movement Strategy is seeking an Account Supervisor for New Business to oversee all inbound new business inquiries for the agency. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and serve as the front line in establishing new client relationships at Movement. Reporting to the EVP of Growth and Account Management, you will collaborate with team members from the Creative, Strategy, Data & Insights, and Operations departments. The Account Supervisor, New Business will be responsible for delivering our agency's responses to new business inquiries, including pitch RFP responses, agency capabilities, pricing, and service model recommendations. You will work to vet new client inquiries and ensure that our pursuits are aligned with our growth strategy. Most importantly, you will play a critical role in shaping our external narrative to future clients, demonstrating our expertise, and differentiating us from competitors through persuasive narratives and case studies. Mastery of agency storytelling in deck form is essential. The ultimate goal of this role is to deliver pitches that win new business and increase revenue. KEY FOCUS AREAS Driving Revenue Growth and Pitch Conversion: The primary goal of this role is to drive revenue growth from inbound client inquiries for our services. You will lead the pitch process and manage our deliverables from the receipt of requests through final submissions and presentations. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with agency leads to develop and implement strategies for business growth, deliver cross-capability RFP responses, and report on key metrics to measure the success of these efforts. Building Agency Narrative: Create a consistent agency narrative in our capabilities, segmented by category, vertical, or service line offering. Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new clients and serve as a bridge to the onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions to the Account team. New Business Operations: Oversee new business operations including pipeline management, project management standards, key metric tracking, commercial repository, template creation, resource centralization, and new business updates to teams. Achieve Annual Growth Revenue Objectives: Meet or exceed set revenue growth targets. Accuracy and Efficiency: Ensure the delivery and accuracy of RFI/RFP and new business capability responses within a clear and efficient process. Performance Improvement: Enhance the performance of our new business conversion by monitoring key metrics such as the number of successful pitches, the conversion rate of leads to clients, and the satisfaction of team members with their roles and responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS + KEY FOCUS AREAS At least 8-10 years of experience within the creative agency industry as a new business or account management leader. Proven experience running agency pitches and processes, or leading high-profile client relationships with a focus on project management excellence. Expertise in crafting compelling storylines that persuade prospects to work with the agency brand, demonstrating excellent deck writing and presentation skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning them to work cohesively. A passion for creating, leading, and enforcing clear project management plans to ensure timely delivery of services. The range listed is just one component of Movement Strategy’s total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, years of relevant experience, qualifications, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
