Known for producing some of the industry’s most innovative and culturally impactful campaigns, the agency partners with leading consumer brands across lifestyle, sport, entertainment, and corporate communications.This role is ideal for a strategic and commercially minded communications leader who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and is passionate about delivering standout creative work. As an Account Director, you will lead senior client relationships, oversee integrated campaigns, mentor high-performing teams, and help shape work that drives both cultural relevance and business impact.The RoleServe as the senior day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships and providing proactive strategic counsel across campaigns, media activity, and reputation management.Lead the development and execution of integrated PR campaigns, ensuring work is creative, culturally relevant, strategically strong, and flawlessly delivered.Oversee media and influencer strategies, guiding teams to secure impactful coverage, partnerships, and campaign moments.Manage key activations, including events, partnerships, shoots, and large-scale campaign launches.Own account financials, including forecasting, budgeting, profitability, scopes of work, and resource management.Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth across teams.Drive creative thinking and contribute to brainstorms, strategic proposals, and new business opportunities.Support agency growth through pitch development, client expansion opportunities, and internal leadership initiatives.The Ideal CandidateProven experience leading integrated communications campaigns within an agency environment, ideally across consumer brands.Strong client leadership skills with the confidence to advise and challenge senior stakeholders when needed.Deep understanding of media relations, influencer strategy, and culturally driven communications.Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets, forecasting, profitability, and team resourcing.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.Experienced people leader with a track record of motivating, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.Creative and strategic thinker who can translate briefs into bold, impactful communications ideas.Collaborative, ambitious, and energized by working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.Title: Account DirectorSalary: $100,000–$140,000 USDLocation & Workplace Type: Brooklyn, NY(Hybrid)At Monday Talent, we understand that not everyone has had the same opportunities to gain experience and develop their skills.
