I’m currently partnering with a leading aerospace/defense manufacturer to identify a Manufacturing Engineer to support production, process improvement, and new product introduction efforts. This is a highly visible, hands-on role working cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations.What You’ll Be Doing:Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes, work instructions, and routingsSupport production with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesDesign and implement tooling, fixtures, and test setupsPartner cross-functionally to drive quality, cost reduction, and productivity improvementsSupport MRB activities and dispositioningReview engineering drawings for manufacturabilityLead new process development, including equipment selection and CAPEX justificationProvide day-to-day production support and operator trainingWhat They’re Looking For:3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (aerospace preferred)Strong understanding of machining, assembly, and/or electromechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentationExperience with GD&T and CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar)Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO environments
