Job Description About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales & Design professional to join our team. As Residential Sales & Design, you will be responsible for creating and presenting design solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and design solutions. Your ultimate goal will be to provide our clients with a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. 2+ years experience in selling window treatments, flooring, or other related product lines is mandatory. Strong communication, customer service and relations, prospecting and sales skills are essential. In addition to the product related experience, experience conducting In Home consultations and completing transactions while in the client's home is a plus.Minimum Qualifications:2+ years of experience in residential designKnowledge of measuring and estimatingWell-versed in Windows PC applications which includes the ability to learn new computer system applicationsAbility to demonstrate our products (blinds, shades, shutters, home automation, etc.) to prospective customers and close salesBasic knowledge of home décor related productsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in sales or customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentFirst-rate verbal and written communication skillsAbility to hit the ground runningSolid math skillsResponsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferencesCreate and present design solutions that meet the needs of our clientsWork closely with our sales team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and design solutionsManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detailStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesSkills:As a Residential Sales & Design, you will use your design skills to create and present solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
