Key Responsibilities• Own the full customer journey, delivering a seamless experience from initial engagement through post-delivery follow-up. • Confidently guide customers through product selection, promotions, ordering, and delivery communication to drive successful outcomes. • Accurately prepare and process sales orders, meeting performance and quality standards. • Build and maintain strong product expertise • Proactively respond to assigned text and digital chat inquiries using company-approved tools to convert opportunities into sales. • Present and recommend product protection plans and available financing options to maximize customer value and sales results. • Actively manage leads and conduct timely customer follow-up to drive appointments, close sales, and support repeat business. • Clearly communicate promotional pricing and advertised merchandise to support informed buying decisions. • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling showroom that supports an effective sales environment. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service mindset with a passion for helping others. Retail Sales experience preferred but not required-we train the right candidates. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
