Seeking a Lead Dermatologist to join an established practice--Establish our dermatology department with full operational support. Begin with medical dermatology and basic cosmetics (Botox, fillers) based on your interests.--We'll work with you to arrange any special equipment or supplies needed for your successful practice.--Three dedicated exam rooms are designated for dermatology, with additional rooms available as needed. Lead the hiring process for dermatology-specific support staff to ensure you have the team you need.--Adult dermatology primary focus--Pediatric patients welcome based on your comfort and interest--Expected volume: 30-40+ patients per day at full capacity--Build from our patient base, expanding to serve the broader community--Primarily private insurance patients--4 or 4.5 day work week (your choice)--Monday-Friday only, 8 AM-5 PM (half days 8 AM-1 PM)--Flexible hours available - start early/stay late to accommodate 4-day schedule--No weekends, no hospital rounds--Minimal phone-only call coverage--You'll help select and train dermatology-specific support staff--Highly competitive base salary--Productivity bonus based on your collections/production--Sign-on bonus: $20,000-$30,000--Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000-CME allowance: $3,500 annually--Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match--Malpractice with tail coverage--Board Certified in Dermatology preferred
