Through our sister company, Proven Controls LLC, the organization delivers turnkey and design-build construction services for complex fuel and control systems. The company is one of the few providers capable of efficiently installing welded, glued, electro welded, etc pipe applications while also manufacturing and installing in-house control panels with touchscreens, PLC logic controllers, leak detection, and monitoring devices, sensors, pump enclosures or skids to filter, supply, or return chemicals. All-Tech Fuel Systems, LLC is a Licensed Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Contractor, permitted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to remove and install petroleum underground systems, including soil sampling and contamination reporting. Team members join a highly technical, safety-focused environment where quality, compliance, and innovation are central to daily operations.Role Description This is a full-time, Field Crew Foreman role based in Waller, TX. The Crew Foreman leads field crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fuel system components, including underground or aboveground storage tanks, welded/fiberglass/HDPE piping, and related process piping equipment. Responsibilities include planning daily work activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with TCEQ regulations and company standards. The role involves coordinating heavy equipment operations, overseeing on-site electrical and mechanical work, and verifying that preventive maintenance and quality control procedures are followed. The Crew Foreman also conducts job-site safety meetings, communicates project status and issues to project managers, maintains accurate daily reports and documentation, and serves as the primary on-site contact for clients and inspectors. The crew foreman will work with the general superintendent to develop weekly onsite schedules each week. Keep up with pressure test and tank test forms, JSA or JHA, Daily Report, Secure materials onsite, communicate about delays, maintain schedules, install quality work as expected. Must be professional and capable of maintaining customer relationships while onsite and at all times.MUST HAVE: Clean driving record, documented experience with references, company man mentality, Hard work ethic, strong leadership skills, great safety record, & obvious physical capabilities. Good working vehicle, ability to show up on time, organizational skills, pipe fitting & welding experience with various types of pipes. Welders must be 6G CertifiedQualificationsDemonstrated supervisory skills, including leading field crews, delegating tasks, coaching team members, and maintaining a safe, productive job site. This position is a working foreman and most likely will have one to two team members at a time. Experience will installing steel piping systems form 1/2" to 8" and often double wall aboveground and underground, double wall storage tanks aboveground and underground, experience installing monitoring equipment, experience installing control valves and piping devices for process piping and tank storage systems. Hands-on experience with heavy equipment used in construction or underground utility work, with a strong focus on safe operation and job-site awareness.Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members, project managers, clients, and inspectors, and to document work clearly and accurately.Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices for tools, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring reliability and minimizing downtime.Working knowledge of electrical wiring related to fuel systems, control panels, and equipment hookups, or the ability to coordinate closely with licensed electricians.Experience in industrial, petroleum, or utility construction (fuel systems or tank farms experience is highly beneficial).Familiarity with safety regulations, including OSHA standards and best practices for hazardous materials and excavation work.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or
