Construction Manager

What You’ll DoPlan, estimate, coordinate, and oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standardsLead and supervise multidisciplinary construction teams, fostering a collaborative, safety‑first cultureManage project schedules, budgets, labor, and materials to ensure efficient and cost‑effective executionDevelop construction baselines and actively manage change control, cost performance, schedule performance, and variance analysisIdentify project risks and opportunities and proactively manage them throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate cross‑functionally with design, manufacturing, facilities, and commissioning teams to resolve design changes and ensure regulatory complianceMaintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on project statusEnforce document control standards, including RFIs, submittals, and incorporation of approved changes into final record drawingsWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent hands‑on construction experience5+ years of experience managing large‑scale electrical construction projects, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environmentsExperience with ground‑up and/or retrofit projects strongly preferredStrong working knowledge of electrical systems, with familiarity across mechanical, plumbing, and process systemsProficiency in material takeoffs and estimating from construction drawingsDemonstrated expertise in construction baseline development, change management, cost and schedule control, and performance reportingExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical teamsExceptional problem‑solving skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven approach to project execution
