If you are passionate about building scalable and reliable software products, we would love to hear from you.Location: Remote (US only)Reports to: SVP ProductRequirementsWhat You'll DoResponsibilitiesThe Director, Pharmacy Product Management is responsible for implementing the strategy and developing clinical product(s)This role is responsible for keeping the product(s) competitive by understanding market problems, executing the product roadmap, and maintaining clinical criteriaThe role requires routine interaction with leadership regarding the product strategy and must collaborate with other departments to ensure the strategy is executed as establishedDevelop and manage complex clinical product initiatives including clinical criteriaGather, analyze, and synthesize market information, clinical guidelines and member claims data to support clinical product management initiatives, products and strategiesCoordinate, launch and implement new products, product enhancements, and process improvements across all stakeholdersRepresent the Clinical department as a strategic partner during customer requirement sessionsResponsible for regulatory (URAC/NCQA, CMS, state law) oversight and external representation of the departmentValidate the accuracy of clinical product information and set up; may include user acceptance testing of applications and programsEstablish and maintain cross-functional partnerships with leaders to drive informed decisions and successful execution of initiativesMay be required to routinely collaborate and interact with client partnersOther duties as assignedFollow and comply with all security policies and procedures established by the organization, including adherence to HIPAA and HITRUST regulationsApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.What You'll BringDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy DegreeCurrent pharmacist license in good standing with State Board of Pharmacy10 years of relevant work experience in a retail, hospital, clinical and/or managed care setting, including at least 2 years of work experience in a clinical and/or managed care setting. Experience working with payer organizations or pharmacy benefit managers highly desirable. Experience with healthcare data analytics tools (SAS, SQL, Tableau) for analyzing claims and market dataFamiliarity with electronic health records (EHR) and pharmacy information systemsKnowledge of Pharmacoeconomics and health outcomes researchExperience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) Proven experience working in regulated environmentAbility to work in ambiguous role with undefined parametersExceptional relationship and communication skills; excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and qualityAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously under pressure with strict timelinesAbility to develop process efficiencies
