HR System Solution Architect

Based in Columbus or Cleveland, OH; Houston, TX; Downers Grove, IL; Pittsburgh, PA; Atlanta, GA or Birmingham, ALKey Requirements:Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities.Hands-on experience with HR software systems and HR operations.Demonstrated ability to be results-oriented and deliver measurable outcomes.Proven experience in team collaboration and cross-functional coordination.Expertise in HRIS operations and administration of HR systems.Ability to analyze, design, and improve business processes for HR and related functions.Knowledge of HR policies, standards, and procedures, and ability to implement them effectively.Experience in internal resource coordination to support HR and organizational initiatives.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex system and process issues.Experience in project management for HRIS initiatives, system implementations, or process improvements.Proficiency in specific HR systems applications, including configuration, reporting, and system optimization.Relevant experience in HRIS, HR operations, or Workday system administration.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Relevant HRIS/Workday certifications or system licensures required for specific modules or system administration.
