Come join us.We are looking for professional Account Executives capable of landing new client acquisition and driving significant account growth for existing clients, focused on leveraging Duggal's broad solutions for retailers and leading brands.Our integrated solutions span the full visual spectrum: from environmental design, visual graphic production, engineering, and 3D visualization to digital signage, fabrication, print production, and execution services. The successful candidate will be a polished account leader expected to drive new, profitable business and revenue generation.Core ResponsibilitiesThe core function of this role is to drive business-to-business solutions and manage complex accounts of Fortune 500 caliber companies. Responsibilities include:Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to identify and target companies.Proactively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline management system, accurately forecasting new opportunities and activity.Employ a consultative selling approach to understand client objectives, positioning Duggal capabilities as essential solutions for visual storytelling and dynamic experiential marketing initiatives.Cultivate deep, long-lasting client relationship management through frequent engagement and strategic partnerships.Act as the client liaison, collaborating internally with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure successful project management and delivery of customized solutions.Master and articulate the value of Duggal capabilities across all services.QualificationsA background that includes strategic/consultative selling, delivery of complex business-to-business solutions, and successful client acquisition.Experience in the retail, experiential print or digital market verticals is a big plus.Must be a self-starter and creative problem-solver with a client-focused approach, demonstrating exceptional cross-departmental collaboration skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
