Job DescriptionOverviewAtkinsRéalis is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Bridges and Civil Structures Team. This is an entry-level position in Tampa, FL.Your rolePerform design calculations for bridges and civil structures.Support the senior engineers by preparing reinforcement lists, quantity take-offs, and redlines for bridges and civil structures.Complete technical training courses assigned for career development.Participate in the Quality Control process for design and plan development.About youEDUCATION: Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering required. Master's of Science in Structural Engineering is preferred.EXPERIENCE: No experience is required. 0-2 years of related civil engineering experience is preferred.SPECIAL SKILLS: Ability to perform fundamental checks from AASHTO LRFD related to moment, shear, deflection, and stress. 3D analysis is preferred.
