Production Line Lead - Day Shift

Line Lead Job Description & Duties Able to understand and retain directions. Follows schedule and notifies scheduler and or supervisor if there is issues with jobs. Possess excellent small manual dexterity and able to lift 35 lbs for a 8hour shift. Able to multitask racking and inspection for packaging complete jobs and or partials if need be. Able to use a computer for production entry, flooring in & out of jobs, printing travelers, making move tickets for partials. Able to keep track of orders, counting of parts while putting them up and taking them down for accurate counts. Able to communicate effectively with Plater, Planner and Supervisor. Actively promotes teamwork and has a positive attitude and outlook. Is flexible and willing to do what's needed for team success.
