You'll engage directly with prospects, maintain CRM accuracy, develop branded materials, and support the creation of tools that enable new business. This role blends creativity with structured sales support, offering variety and the opportunity to contribute across the full marketing and customer lifecycle.What You'll DoAssist in executing internal and external marketing strategies and campaigns to promote DIT-MCO's products and services.Conduct inside sales activities, including lead qualification, prospect outreach, and campaign follow-up.Monitor KPIs and report on campaign and lead performance.Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot (leads, contacts, accounts, and system documentation).Conduct market and customer research to identify target accounts and industry trends.Coordinate and co-manage trade shows, conferences, Roadshows, and customer events; from logistics to follow-up.Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to ensure consistency and technical accuracy in all materials; support the online Knowledge Base.Document systems before shipment and update corresponding records in HubSpot.Assist in writing the quarterly internal newsletter.Conduct and monitor customer surveys for training, sales, and service teams.RequirementsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).1-3 years of experience in marketing, inside sales, or sales support (B2B or technical preferred).Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as social media, email campaigns, SEO, or analytics.Experience supporting trade shows preferred.Willingness to travel up to 50%.Bonus Points For:Experience in aerospace, defense, or technical B2B markets.A blend of creative and analytical strengths.A proactive, continuous-improvement mindset.DIT-MCO offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that supports mission-critical programs worldwide.
