This role supports the Sr. Manager, StrategicMarketing,to translate marketing campaign strategies into clear, effective marketing briefs, email communications, and various marketing automations that drive lead generation, lead nurturing, and engagement.This role will also collaborate and supportcross-functional campaign initiatives for the Sales,Education/Customer Success,and Online CommunitiesTeams.Developmulti-channelmarketing briefs to support strategic marketing initiatives for our Clinical and ConsumeraudiencesExecutemulti-audiencemarketing communications aligned to brand standardsand corevaluesBuild and launch email campaignsfor the Marketing Team as well as cross-functionalteamsConstruct various segments (lists) to beutilizedin email campaigns, automations, andreportsManage monthly direct mail campaigns to segmentedaudiencesSupport lead generation and nurtureinitiativesContributeto managing and updating master campaigncalendarIdentifymarketing automation opportunities andassistin creating and launching workflows and email sequences to support various lead nurtureinitiativesCollaborate with reporting and analytics team toidentifytrends andoptimizationopportunitiesfor futurecampaigns andautomationsAssistwith campaign ideation for both Clinical and ConsumeraudiencesMay berequiredto perform other duties as assignedQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesPassion forbringing marketing campaigns tolifeComfortable with marketing automation concepts and toolsFamiliarity withcampaign management systems (Wrike, Asana, Trello, etc.)Confident communicator who is comfortable challenging the status quo and collaborating with various campaign stake holdersComfortable analyzing andleveragingcampaign and audience performance datato make informeddecisionsAbility to adhere to deadlines, SOPs, and brandstandardsAbility tobreak downand execute on high-level ideas and conceptsfrom variousstakeholdersShould have a flexible mindset and be comfortable working in ahigh-paceenvironmentEducation and ExperienceBachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and related work experience)required2+years of marketing or digital marketing experiencepreferred2+years of marketing campaigndevelop/management experiencepreferredCRM experience (Marketo, HubSpot,Salesforce, etc.)required. HubSpotproficiencystrongly preferredAdditional InformationWork Environment & Physical DemandsIncumbent works from home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access.TravelMay work remotely from home. The starting salary range for this position is $64,800 to $73,200per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
