Project Manager | Architecture and Design IndustryLocation: Greater Atlanta, GA MarketWorking Style: Based in Atlanta - Ability to travel to project sites (up to 50% travel)The Project Manager's primary responsibility is to manage, execute, and complete jobs to the highest standards of customer service after they have been sold by the Design & Sales Consultant. The PM will own the project once it has been converted to an order and a project launch is conducted. The PM will also be responsible for developing and maintaining builder relationships through excellent communication and ongoing top-level service during and between active projects.Key role responsibilities Collaborate with Design & Sales Consultants as well as Sales Coordinators to have mutually beneficial Project Launches and assist with successful communication of important project details to set proper customer expectations.Review proposals created by the Project & Design Services department for accuracy before presenting to the client.Follow and communicate any necessary changes regarding the materials and/or change orders.Communicate with the client and the internal team on important dates and events during the job cycle.Keep track of job materials such as refinished materials, sinks, reserved slabs, sealer, special adhesives, etc.Coordinate with contractors and vendors at job sites on progress and key dates to ensure the job site is ready for template/install and that timelines are up to date.Keep accurate records on correspondence, back charges, change orders, extra work orders, and daily logs.Follow proper billing procedures and notify SPC and the accounting department when jobs are complete and ready for billing.Keep the Director of Projects and Technical Services aware of job progress and any problems that may occur.Make visits to job sites for control and knowledge of the job's progress.
