Large Account Manager - Commercial Lines | Orlando, FLRegional insurance agency with an excellent reputation is seeking an experienced Large Account Manager to join our team in Orlando. This is an opportunity to work with sophisticated commercial accounts in a stable, client-focused environment.Position Overview:Service and manage complex commercial accounts from new business through renewal, handling all aspects of account maintenance and client relationship management. You'll work closely with clients on medium to large accounts ($100K+ premium) to ensure exceptional service delivery and retention.Key Responsibilities:Service large commercial accounts including new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing proactive serviceAnalyze coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutionsCoordinate with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance and problem resolutionMaintain accurate documentation and manage account workflows efficientlyRequired Qualifications:5+ years of independent retail agency experience with commercial linesProven track record managing medium to large accounts ($100K+ in premium)Advanced understanding of commercial insurance coverages and conceptsActive Florida 2-20 (General Lines Agent) license requiredStable employment historyExceptional customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailProficiency with agency management systemsWhat We Offer:Competitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageEstablished book of business with quality accountsSupportive team environment with a strong reputation in the market
