We believe in providing our clients with value, industry-leading technology, and state-of-the-art support to make their processes more efficient and business goals a reality.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Manager is responsible for directing the sales team to maximize their compensation and exceed companies monthly and annual sales goals. This position will develop and implement sales strategies and accurate sales forecasts and revenue goals.Inspecting and implementing effective selling training Accurate monthly sales and quarterly forecast Creating awareness and demand for the company's products and services Maintaining a level of team motivation and recognition program. Create and execute a monthly strategic sales plan that expands our current client base and new clients monthlyField travel with the sales reps to present and support sales presentationsWeekly review and monitoring of prospect levels for each representative. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to addressManage the month-end and year-end close processesMaintaining positive communication and supportive relations with all distributors, OEM manufactures, internal support staffInspecting all quotes and contracts for potential clients. Ensuring CRM integrityMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) 3-5 years managing a sales team Experience in the copier or managed print service industryDocumented record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing Demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships with sales team and company leadership Demonstrate capacity to think “outside the box”, Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills Excellent customer relationship skills High standard of ethics Professional Dress and DemeanerBenefitsCompetitive salary and commission structureMedicalDentalVision401k with matchingLife insuranceSupplemental InsuranceHoliday PayAccrued vacationPaid sick leave
