Hotel Assistant General Manager

Please apply as soon as possible if you are looking for a new and exciting challenge in the hotel industry!Candidates with Food & Beverage experience preferred.Responsibilities:Assist general manager in the day-to-day operation of the hotel in maintaining all standards of guest serviceEmpower the human resources department to increase efforts for turnover management, employee motivation, and employee growth and retention by providing supportAnalyze the performance of each department, report any problem areas, and make recommendations to improve profitability for hotel operationsVerify that all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as any business or brand-specific policies and procedures, are followedCreate the yearly hotel budget in collaboration with the general manager and department heads, and assess and adjust performance throughout the year to stay profitableQualifications:You must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in hospitality management, or a related fieldA proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in a hospitality role, is requiredMust have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experienceYou must have 3 or more years of experience working in the hospitality fieldHave superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skillsAbout Company:We are a spirited hotel ready to surprise all outsiders.
