Senior Global-Tech/Enterprise Event Production Manager

OverviewThe client is seeking a Senior Global-Tech/Enterprise Event Production Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact events and trade shows.Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing global-scale events, working closely with agencies, internal engineering/product teams, and executive leadership.The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of agency and client-side experience, deep expertise in event production, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end planning, management, and execution of large-scale trade shows (e.g., Fabtech, Automatica) and intimate VIP events.Manage event budgets (multi-million-dollar scale), negotiate with vendors/agencies, and ensure cost efficiency.Partner with internal stakeholders (engineering, product, comms, and executives) to define event messaging, demos, and keynote content.Write and deliver agency briefs, review design proposals, secure stakeholder approvals, and oversee on-site execution.Lead agency and vendor management, ensuring deliverables meet brand and business expectations.Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and communications for event proposals, updates, and post-event reporting.Navigate both strategic and tactical aspects of event management (approx. 30% strategy / 70% execution).Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders (CEO, CSO, etc.), providing recommendations and influencing decisions.Ensure flawless execution of both global events (US, Germany, APAC) and in-house activations.Travel domestically and internationally as required for event delivery.Experience (Mandatory)6–7+ years of event management/production experience.Demonstrated expertise in large-scale event production (trade shows, B2B events, VIP activations etc.).Strong budget ownership and financial management skills.Proven agency management experience — briefing, reviewing, and aligning deliverables.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation ability.Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior executives.Ability to operate independently and autonomously, with strong leadership presence.Experience collaborating with engineering/product teams in a technical environment.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (US, Germany, APAC).Experience (Desired)Experience with both agency and client-side roles.Prior background in technology, manufacturing, or robotics industries.Exposure to global events with international vendor/market knowledge.German language proficiency (plus, not mandatory).EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
