Associate Litigation Counsel

A reputable home builder in Palm Beach is seeking a Litigation Counsel. An ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of experience with the following:The role reports directly to the General Counsel and offers fantastic exposure to in-house real estate law. The primary focus will be on claims and litigation management, along with some contract review. A litigation attorney with experience in construction or real estate litigation would be ideal.
