The ideal candidate will have strong invoice processing experience, excellent multitasking abilities, and familiarity with Sage Intacct. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices. Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficientlyPerform matching of invoices and receiving documentsReview invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentationResolve invoice discrepanciesMaintain accurate accounts payable records and vendor files Reconcile vendor statements Assist the accounting team with month-end closing and supporting auditsPrioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesQualificationsRequiredAssociate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Bachelor’s preferred.
