Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships and ensure prompt invoice payments focusing on delinquent customers Foster collaboration with internal teams for quick issue resolution and better customer experiences Streamline the collection process and application functions Develop and share internal collection reports and KPIs Analyze billing and payment data for improvement opportunities Assist with month-end accounting close Qualifications: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and energetic team player Strong ability to work independently and drive process improvements
