Finance & Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to support the continued growth and development of our finance organization within a rapidly expanding business. Key aspects of the role include: Exposure to a broad range of finance functions, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, cash flow management, and Sales & Distribution finance operations Close collaboration with leadership and operational teams across the organization Participation in process optimization, automation initiatives, and implementation of finance best practices Responsibilities involving budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, audit preparation, and financial analysis Opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a dynamic distribution-focused business We are looking for candidates who possess: Strong accounting and analytical capabilities Experience with financial reporting, account reconciliations, and internal control environments The ability to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving organization Knowledge of Sales & Distribution operations
